I love the creativity and impact that i can have when i'm behind the decks. The work environment is another positive for me. People are usually very friendly, and want to have fun, even the staff. I also believe it a great privilege to be able to have feedback and good comments from your work, and when I am playing a great set, I can see the difference clearly. That is also a big incentive to keep going, and get better.
